Our stay was an interesting mix of charm and challenges. The resort's natural settings were lovely and provided a unique experience, especially for the kids who loved the wildlife around our cabin. However, the overall condition of the place felt a bit neglected. The rooms were clean, but I found the price a bit high for what we got, especially given some of the amenities weren't up to par.

The cabins were spacious and clean but didn't quite feel worth the price we paid. The absence of block-out curtains was unsettling, and there were a few maintenance issues.

The location is beautiful, nestled in nature, but a bit removed from the main attractions in Byron. It’s great for those looking to escape into the bush.

My recent stay was a mix of ups and downs. On the good side, the cabin was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciated the peaceful surroundings. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired, and several amenities were either broken or poorly maintained, which was disappointing given the price I paid.

The cabin was spacious with a comfortable bed and a reasonable kitchenette. Unfortunately, it wasn't very clean, which detracted from the experience.

The host was the only staff member around, and while he did his best, there were clear signs of neglect in the upkeep of the cabins. It felt like there was a lack of proper management.

The resort is beautifully set in a tranquil rainforest, a perfect escape if you're looking to unwind away from the bustling town. It's a quick trek to the beach, which was nice.

Facilities were unfortunately lacking as the pool had some leaves, and the game room was not properly maintained. Plus, some amenities were broken, which was a letdown.

I had a mixed experience at this resort. The cabins were basic but clean and offered a nice connection to the beautiful rainforest surroundings. The staff was accommodating and made sure our needs were met, which was a plus. However, I encountered quite a few mosquitoes during my stay and the amenities could use some updates, making it less appealing overall.

The rainforest resort offers a tranquil escape with well-spaced cabins that provide comfort and a perfect chance to reconnect with nature. Waking up to the sounds of the forest and visiting wildlife was enjoyable, but the less favorable aspects included the lack of maintenance and cleanliness issues. While the proximity to the beach is a bonus, the facilities require attention to keep up with the pricing.

Nestled in the rainforest, the location feels secluded yet is conveniently close to the beach, which I found very appealing.
Dining

I didn't dine at the resort, but the provided coffee in the cabin was a nice touch to enjoy on the balcony.
Facilities

The facilities have potential, but many need repairs and improvements, such as the broken spa and neglected common areas.

I had a wonderful time at this resort, surrounded by stunning natural beauty and wildlife. The cabins were beautifully designed and provided a comfortable experience, but there were a few maintenance issues that could use attention. While the location was ideal, being a bit of a distance from the beach, the peaceful atmosphere made it worth it. I appreciated the friendly service and the community facilities, although the overall value felt slightly high given some aspects weren't in top shape.
